Camp Bestival cabanas – stylish with price to match

Camp Bestival returns this month for its second year with a new feature guaranteed to please festivalgoers a taste for luxury - and deep pockets to match.

Cabanas are traditional carpeted 12ft pole tents,  lined floor to ceiling in hand-worked velvet, furnished with a day bed loaded with cushions, and a table.

We at Family Festivals think this is a brilliant idea, and as a family base for the day it beats a picnic rug hands-down.

The cabanas are positioned with a good view of the main stage and can be rented for a whole or half day – no overnight hire though. Costs start at a hefty £200 for half a day.
